Tracy has worked in recruitment since her first job as Office Junior at 18, to her most recent job as the Managing Director of JCJ Locums, which is one of the largest recruiters of medical staff to the NHS where she has recruited and trained dozens of recruitment staff.

Name: Bernie Harker

Role: Applications Manager

Bernie has worked in the recruitment industry for some 15 years. She has worked in both Commercial and Heathcare, and has managed over 100 staff in her role prior to joining Cody. She reviews all potential applicants through Cody and allocates them to the staff member who will look after their applications.

Jane has a wealth of experience in executive search and selection, Healthcare, FMCG and Managed Services. Jane has worked at all levels and run her own business within recruitment before joining Cody, Jane is able to assist candidates in interview preparation and through owning her own business is aware of the skills required in Recruitment and identifying new “Star Recruiters of the Future”
