For the perfect recruiter there are none of these but for the rest of us:  

Sounding cheery on the last day of the week, when you are calling your fortieth client of the day, to find one of your colleagues has already annoyed them but did not make a note on the system.  

Explaining to a client when a candidate has not turned up for an interview or for a job, when a full set of interviewers had travelled  hundreds of miles to be there. 

• Completing paperwork.  
• Discussing a payroll error with a candidate. 
• VAT inspection.  
• Missing your sales target by just 1 or 2%
