Joan Gleddings, started of as a Resourcer for a Healh Recruitment Company at 18. After a stint as a Recruitment Consultant she became a Contract Manager. She then moved across to HR in the private sector, and eventually General Manager, in her early thirties. Several years later she moved across to Occupational Health and now runs her business that sector.
Recruiter to Psychology Assessment Specialist.
Initially in brand management in the food industry, David Sewell started his first recruitment business in the 1980’s. After selling to a PLC and becoming a Board Member of a listed Resourcing business, he managed, bought, sold and assisted a large number within the recruitment sector before retiring and returning to university to study Postgraduate Assessment Psychology. After 3 years lecturing the subject to IPD members, he has subsequently become an Assessment specialist within the Resourcing sector with particular interests in leadership and the ideal psychological profiles of a wide variety of Job holders.
