About Cody Recruitment Ltd

Cody Head Office operates from a Mill in Embsay, North Yorkshire, and  has representation in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

They were formed in late 2007, and comprise Two Consulting Directors, three Senior Consultants and two Research / Administrative Staff.   Since then we have taken on several major campaigns, and acted for dozens of clients.   Most  of the staff are shareholders in the business.

Our prior experience was mainly in the Public Recruitment Sector, where market leadership was attained in a crowded market.  We are particularly focused on service delivery with good communication, which allows us to rapidly build good quality lasting relationships.   

We are able to source staff at all levels from Trainees, through to CEOs and Managing Directors.

We use  RDB Pro software, from firstchoice which enables us to easily keep an active dialogue going with clients and candidates and deliver excellent customer service.
